Welcome to DadStrong Coaching

! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and coaching programs. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

1. Services Provided

DadStrong Coaching, led by Aaron Anderson, provides personalized fitness and nutrition coaching services, including both online and in-person training. Our services include custom workout plans, nutrition advice, coaching support, and access to resources through the DadStrong Coaching App.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally authorized to accept these Terms. Our coaching programs are designed for high-performing dads (e.g., executives, business owners, former athletes, pastors, and coaches), but all individuals meeting the eligibility requirements are welcome.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information when signing up for our services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Health Requirements: You affirm that you are physically capable of participating in fitness programs. If you have any health concerns, you agree to consult your physician before starting any program.

Use of Services: Our services are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell any part of our program content without written consent from DadStrong Coaching.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription Plans: DadStrong Coaching offers subscription-based services for online and in-person coaching. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan as outlined on our pricing page.Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through the payment methods offered on the website. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' notice. Cancellations must be made via email or through the DadStrong Coaching App. Access to the coaching program will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. In-Person Training

In-person training sessions are offered exclusively in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, and are subject to scheduling based on the package you purchase. Missed sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.

6. Refund Policy

All sales for coaching services are final, and no refunds are issued for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your program within the first 30 days, you may contact our team to discuss your concerns, and we will work to resolve any issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by DadStrong Coaching, including logos, videos, workout plans, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Aaron Anderson, DadStrong Coaching, and affiliates. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DadStrong Coaching, Aaron Anderson, and any of our affiliates are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may result from participation in our programs. You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being during your use of the services. By participating, you acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity, and you release DadStrong Coaching, Aaron Anderson, and affiliates from any claims related to injury or health conditions that may arise.

9. Termination of Services

DadStrong Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms, including for non-payment or misuse of the services.

10. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the services provided at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota.
